Like any software, Reggie isn't perfect and is prone to errors. Generally, this can be fixed by resetting all of Reggie's settings. However, the reset procedure differs between Reggie versions. In the newest revisions, simply delete the settings.ini file in Reggie's folder. For the older revisions, the steps differ from OS to OS.

First, open the Windows Registry Editor. You can do this by either typing regedit into the search bar of the Start Menu, or by opening "Run" (by hitting ⊞Windows-R on the keyboard) and typing regedit. After that, go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER/SOFTWARE/Reggie. Right-click on Milestone 3 Alpha 2 and press Delete to reset Reggie. Alternatively, it is possible to edit the individual settings if the exact cause of the error is known.
Go to /Users/${USER}/Library/Preferences, then find the file com.reggie.Reggie Level Editor.plist. Delete it to reset Reggie, or use a .plist editor (such as Prefs Editor) to edit the individual settings if the exact cause of the error is known.
Go to /home/${USER}/.config/Reggie, then find the file Milestone 3 Alpha 2.conf. Delete it to reset Reggie, or edit it if the exact cause of the error is known.
